His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam in a titah stresses on the huge impact the use of Artificial Intelligence or AI has made on the management of the education ecosystem. His Majesty emphasises that excessive dependence on AI can certainly threaten the development of other skills such as critical thinking and creativity. His Majesty stresses the matter during the Get-Together Ceremony with Students as well as Citizens and Residents of Brunei Darussalam who are in Malaysia.

The Monarch began the titah by expressing gratitude to Allah Subhanahu Wata'ala as by His grace, His Majesty can join the citizens and residents of Brunei Darussalam who are in Malaysia, including students, government officers who are working there and those who are on vacation with their families.
